We will only accept exchanges if the item you have shipped is defective or is different from the item you ordered. (This is only available if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.)

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products.

  - Products you have used.
  - Products that have been received more than 3 days ago.
  - Products that have been scratched or stained due to the customer.
  - Products without packaging (bags and cases).
  - Other products that are clearly stated on the product introduction page that they cannot be returned.

 If the product is clearly defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs for returns, etc.
If you return or exchange for reasons other than those listed above, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.
