About membership registration

Membership registration is free of charge.

Once you register as a member, you will be able to shop smoothly, without having to enter your order information such as your address or name every time you place an order.

Additionally, when the ordered items are shipped, members will accumulate 1% of the total order amount as points. Points can be used as 1 point = 1 yen.

If your order is cancelled, the points will disappear.

Please note that points cannot be transferred if you cancel your membership and register again.

*Order completion emails cannot be resent. When placing an order, please make sure there are no mistakes in your email address, and if you place an order as a non-member, we recommend that you save it as a screenshot if your order number is displayed.

About payment

The payment methods are as follows:

Immediate delivery - Orders that cannot be confirmed within 7 days of the order date will be cancelled. Orders made to orders - Orders that cannot be confirmed to be transferred within 7 days of the order date or within the order period, whichever is shorter, will be cancelled.

*When you choose bank transfer, the customer will be responsible for the transfer fee.
In addition, if you cancel due to customer's convenience, when you refund, we will refund the amount excluding the transfer fee.

Overseas EMS shipping costs by country by weight (customer duties will be borne by the customer).

Delivery period

General products: Orders placed before 9am on weekdays (orders that have been confirmed for payment) will be shipped the same day. Shipping is closed on weekends and holidays.
If you have any specific delivery date or time, please fill in the notes section.

Products to order: Products with the label "[Made to order]" in the product name
Ships within 2 months from the date of order (depending on production status).
Please check the estimated shipping time in the details section for each product.
The date stated is the estimated shipping time and will differ from the estimated arrival time.
We cannot accept requests for delivery dates. If you have any requests for a specific time, please fill in the notes section.


If you order a general product and an ordered product using the same payment method, the delivery date will be adjusted to the later ones.
Orders with separate payment cannot be shipped together (with shipping fees of one time).
Only orders within the same order period can be shipped together.

With Sagawa Express, if the customer is not at home when the package is delivered, the item will be taken back to the nearest branch office.
If you do not receive your package within the 7-day storage period, the package will be returned.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs incurred when returning the item and the shipping costs that will be charged for re-shipment.

If you are unable to receive your order at the address you entered due to sudden moving after placing your order, or if you are expected to find it difficult to receive your order due to sudden plans.

Exchanges/Returns

We carefully inspect the product before shipping it, and take great care to ship items that do not have any obvious defects.

Missing patterns such as borders, loose buttons, protruding threads from buttonholes, small defects related to prints such as misalignment or cracking of prints, different colors of threads and fibers are woven into fabrics / folding wrinkles / differences in product colors depending on production lots, etc.

Depending on the product, the above may be seen.

We ask for your understanding in advance that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the above reasons.

Changes in color due to fabric reproduction

When reproducing fabrics, even if the dyeing is done in the same way, it is difficult to produce the same color, so even if the same color is used for the same product, the color may change little by little depending on the fabric production lot.

About Chacopen traces

Products may have pink, red, or light blue magic-like sizes and lines marks.

Don't worry, there will be chacopen marks that fall off with water or lukewarm water.

About washing

All products (especially clothes with details (clothes with embroidery or tags, Western-style fabrics, etc.)) are made using neutral detergent and washed by hand with water or lukewarm water, and dark-colored clothes may have color transfer, so we recommend washing them separately separately.

Please refrain from opening both the outer and inner bags with scissors as there is a possibility that the clothes inside may break together.

If you open the product using scissors or cutters, it will not be eligible for exchange or returns.

For clothes with snap buttons, if you pull on the fabric and unbutton it, the fabric may tear.

Place your nails on the snaps and gently remove them.

Trembling or damage caused by pulling the fabric hard is not eligible for exchange or return.

About order cancellation

Orders (other than items sold by order (pre-ordered items)) are only available) that are in a state where the order is "confirmed" or "prepared shipping" status.

*For items sold to order (pre-ordered items), we cannot accept cancellations under any circumstances as orders are made in a made-to-order format, as they are produced and placed in the few minutes that we have received.

Regarding exchanges and returns, when exchanges or returns due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs, so please be careful when placing your order.

We cannot accept exchanges for sale items under any circumstances.

In the case of defective products, if there is no exchange stock, we will accept returns.

Items that can be exchanged or returned

Items that have not been worn, washed, processed or corrected, and have tags and other accessories attached to them are incorrectly sent, defective items

About refunds

You can only return products that you have agreed to with our store to return.
We are not responsible for any products returned without your consent.
After confirming the returned item, we will arrange to cancel the bill if you pay by credit card.
If you pay by bank transfer, we will refund you to the account you specify.
Due to the closing date with the credit card company, the price of the returned item may be temporarily deducted.
In that case, your credit card company will refund or reduce your payment on the next month or the next month.
